Cowboy Bebop

best anime series ive seen, hands down. havent watched that many granted, but CB is still the best of the best. my brother had already owned the english/japanese dvds from many years ago, but my local frys had the 6 disc remix set for $20, and i couldnt pass it up.

oh and before i forget, the soundtrack is goddamn amazing. one of the best.
 
I like the series quite a bit, but I wish it had been a little less disconnected from episode to episode.
 
The only 2 series I have watched all the way through are Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo.

Cowboy Bebop spoiled me with anime. Everything else is horrible.
Cowboy Bebop wasn't anime... is was an awesome series that happened to be a cartoon.
 
i liked bebop a lot...i used to go to the anime convention up here because theyd always show it...now they dont...and its kinda sad 🙁 there are a bunch of little 12yr olds running around dressed like fruits basket characters *sigh*

Yeah agreed. Cowboy Bebop was the first anime I watched and I was like "Holy crap Anime is pretty awesome"...boy was I wrong 😀 - Cowboy bebop is about the only exception. Maybe a couple others. It's too bad no other anime could come close...but I'm not an anime guy so maybe there's some more good stuff out there. After Bebop I watched about 7 different anime series though and they were all pretty lame. Really only other one I liked was Yakitate Japan...but that was just funny weird 😛

Also Music in Cowboy bebop is excellent. I have most of the albums.
 
I'm not a huge anime fan but I love Cowboy Bebop. Just out of the blue I decided to start watching it again last night. The soundtrack is pretty good too.
 
For anyone that says nothing comes close Id like you to give "Full Metal Alchemist" a watch. Personally my favorite anime made @ 51 episodes.

Drop all pretenses, this is a story you wont find originating in our language.


(edit: this is nor my favorite anime.. im kid of embarrassed to note what my favorite is... no it is not Bleach or Naruto, guess)

Love the anime AND the music. I watched some of Wolfs Rain because Yoko produced the music for it.

Tried watching about 2 or 3 episodes. probably really cool if you're between 6-16. Can't imagine watching it otherwise.
