Cowboy Bebop Song Question

Ok so im looking for the name of a song use in the Bebop Series, I have 3 of the OSTs (Cowboy Bebop, Vitaminless and No Disc) but the track im looking for isnt on either of them.

The song in question is featured in Episode 20 "Pierrot le Fou" and it starts about 16:35 in. Its a techno song and not Jazz

Is it "On the Run"? I know that episode but I don't have it to see; so I'm going by the song after the creepy amusement park in their cd box set.
