Coverting to NTFS on XP

If i convert from FAT32 to NTFS on windows xp will i loose all of my data on the drive that i am converting ?

Invest in a copy of PartitionMagic. It will be worth every penny. Allows you to convert file systems as well as create/alter partitions without losing your data.

What a waste of money for this example. The poster simply wants to convert form FAT32 to NTFS. An operation that is supported by the OS. No need to go buy some other product to do it. And no, you will not lose your data.
