cousin broke his iphone 4 lcd, the digitizer works,where to buy the cheapest lcd

from the little reading I've done, it's easiest to replace the whole thing. Amazon sells a kit for $20ish but it's got a ton of 1 star. Can you guys recommend an lcd kit or the easiest, quality solution. Thanks
