from my personal experience, OD has been a pain in the ass. They take forever to send rebates, and I still haven't gotten a $100 rebate.

The manager at BM near my house is a d!ck. If they screw me over on this deal, guess what, i'm gonna hate them more.

I don't know what my point of writing this message is. I guess I just got frustrated that I didn't get my rebate back.

well if you put the same energy in calling their rebate department up like you are writing now, i'm sure you could get the rebate

btw, it looks like they never really did charge me and it was a pending transaction and now it's gone and my money is back :D

That's why I would never buy something with that high of a rebate. $30 is about my limit... I can't see the purpose of waiting like 1/2 a year just to get $30 back.

Just got my monitor delivered. Says on the package it's a XF-9bi. Hopefully that's not too off from the 9b.

Actually, I got the 9bi. It can't do 1280x1024 @ 85 so I had to bump it down to 1024x768.

You might try using Powerstrip to see how high it'll go @ 1280x, many monitors can go a bit higher than the preset refresh table, just not all the way to the next "level".

My wife just received ours. Good deal. Not sure what the model number is yet. $82 is not bad for a decent 19" monitor!

Still waiting on mine, I chose the viewsonic a70f+ over the kds 19", a bit smaller but much better image quality. "On the truck" right now, we'll see!!!

believe everybody who ordered the 160GB maxtor or x90b (excluding 90bi) will have their orders cancelled.

my is on the truck for ups. Original delivery date was supposed to be the tenth but im getting it today. YES!!!! they gave me a tracking number on the order status page

Got my monitor by pickup at local OD, and received my Logitech Z-340's(2 of them) yesterday. What a deal. Logi 340's for $15 apiece, and on a second order for the monitor. $86 with Tax and MIR. I hope they confuse their coupon codes again soon :)

For anyone lucky enough to get this one...

I was just at OD today and they are selling both the xf-9bi and xf-9b under the same office-depot part number. The two boxes have different specs on them -- the difference was that the box says the "xf-9b" is spec'd at 98khz max horizontal freq. and the 9bi has 86khz.

So if you got the xf-9bi and haven't opened the box yet, i'd swap it for the xf-9b.

The OD I campared the two boxes at was in Gig Harbor, WA.
