Couple get attacked by wasps after DUI wreck

Kentucky.....so the show Justified was spot-on with these cartoonish deep woods rednecks. 😀

I'd be mighty surprised if that guy passed 8th grade.

Lmao that's a stereotypical redneck accent if I ever heard one. 😀 "Hold ma beer I'm gonna go check thaout overthere!"

He knows he's being interviewed for TV, but still doesn't make even the slightest effort to speak clearly.

So by not pretending to be something he's not and speaking in his everyday accent, he's a moron? Got it. Thanks for clarifying.

I understood him and I'm not even from that area... But sure let's rag on the guy just for talking different. Do you have this same reaction to foreign accents, or just regional US ones?

Lots of bias and hate in this thread. Hypocrites.

I'm from Georgia. :colbert:

I have poor diction. If I'm speaking with someone unfamiliar on the phone, I make an extra effort to speak in a comprehensible way.

That lazy man made no effort to speak clearly. He doesn't care that it requires additional effort on the part of everyone else to understand what he's saying. That's inconsiderate and lazy.

I should have known you guys would latch on to the assumption that I'm biased against those with a southern dialect. Too bad you're just plain wrong about that.

I've lived in GA my whole life and I have a strong southern accent.

[edit]

To those that mentioned WV:
By the way, I have family in WV and I've spent over 6 months there at one time (and many other month-long stays).

And how many kids did you sire in that time? :colbert:
