My uncle came by the other day with his car because all the lights are blinking like Christmas trees.
2009 Subaru Forester, its the NON-turbo model. 70-80k. Never had any work other then oil changes.
P0457_ Evap, small leak - gap cap
P0102 MAF low input
P0113 IAT high input
Now he told me car runs good never had issues. I cleared his faults and told him to come back on the weekend when i have time to look. My thoughts are the evap is last, most likely purge valves gone bad. But i'm more concerned with the MAF and IAT.
Dont they kinda go off each other, amount of air and temp of the air flowing. So maybe they go hand in hand. First thing is first, must make sure connections to intake is all good and nothing broken, cracked or missing. After that i think MAF can be ohm-ed/voltaged out to a spec same with IAT. Rockauto has MAF drop-in's for about $80. I wanted to look into that first because that would cause the biggest driving issue.
Google shows a lot of people having p0102/p0113 after turbo installs and forgetting to plug stuff in.
