Counterstrike Source Error!

I get this error randomly in multiple servers I play on. The console says

Disconnect: ProcessUsercmds: Incorrect reading frame (check sending and receiving code for mismatches)!

I have absolutely no clue where this comes from. I upgraded my video drivers to the newest ones (9800Pro and 5.1 cats) and upgraded to SP2 for XP. It was OK for a few days but now the problem came back.
