CounterStrike, i need a new server to play on!

My old server is dead, chicagofps.com

I cant find a decent server anymore...

Stock rotation maps (or at least a site that i can download the customs off of since im sick of digging for them with google)
FF off (i can handle on though)
GOOD players, im sick of AWM wh0res
20-30 minute map rotation (none of that 24/7 dust crud)

help? Im from the midwest, but i ping good almost everywhere.....

gz.nuclearfallout.net has some really really good players. It's a 1.5 server though, and there are stats, so there is some stat whoring, but for the most part it's good.

dust2dust.org says register_globals has to be enables, which means nothing to me since i couldnt find a php.ini on my system :/ (to access the website that is)
