For those of you have this game, is it 2 person can share a cdkey? Is it possible for 2 person go online play games together with the same cdkey ? thanks

No, goto CompUSA RIGHT NOW and buy Half-Life GOTY edition and download CS from the net. HL GOTY only cost 8bucks before tommmorow. And there is a $10 rebate too!! So they pay your $2 to take it!!! HURRY!!!
 
FYI, I have counterstrike set up on my LAN, and we can both connect to the same internet server using the same CD key, with no problem at all.
 
well guys i just bought the half life adrenaline pack....without counterstrike....snow patrol! are you sure we can share a cdkey without any problem in LAN ?In this case i can share with my roomates for a cdkey since we are in LAN. thnaks guys

You won't have any problems sharing a CD Key on LAN games. You will however have problems sharing a CD Key if both players are trying to play using Won.net's networks

won.net....wats that wheni install Half life, i installed won as well....it links me to a webside ...emm...i still havent really spend my time on that webside..maybe you guys can tell me whats that webside all about.thanks

As I said, I can connect both the computers on my LAN to the same Counterstrike PUBLIC INTERNET server (any server) using the same CD-key. Maybe I'm lucky...but it's worth a shot.
 
snow patrol is right, it works with anygame, jester wellnessfloor in austin UT all have the same brood war cdkey, nothing wrong. if you are behind your own lan itll wokr. nuff said.
 
I played counter-strike with a friend who at the time used the same cd-key. We were on a lan but also connected to the cable modem through a hub. We had no problems. Other times on seperate connections it would work too. fluke or bug? 🙂
 
LoL sup Brain! Well Brain and I have used the same cd-key countless times using the same IP... (I have a router setup for my cable connection)
 
you guys are dead wrong and bitter u paid money for it..... for what i know up to 8ppl could be logged on at the same time under a same cd key. i know no more than one person could be online for 'valve' flavor of HL but for mods like CS or Firearms it works differently. been a CS players since 3.xx and dunno why u guys are saying no without even trying. sometimes it would lemme log on to won which is like once in a blue moon (like once in 3 months maybe)
