Counter-Strike vs. Tactical Ops

OK I've been playing CS since BETA 2 and I love that game, but ever since I installed Tac Ops last week I havent even touched CS. Maybe its cause im bored of CS or maybe Tac Ops is better, I don't know. All I know is Tac Ops kicks ass.

Played CS for a while now.... just got Tac Ops a few days ago and it sucks. Just a CS clone.... exactly like what we saw when Doom came out... and quake....

but then you can argue that CS is a Rainbow Six clone.....

in the end, CS is still the tightest multiplayer game out right now.

I have said this before, but will say it again. Tac Ops (and the Unreal Tournament Engine in generall) has MUCH more potential for being a better game. Better graphics, bigger playing area, more to work with, etc. But for the moment, CS still has the most fun gameplay. Don't know exactly what it is, but it is just more fun to play then TacOps. I think that TacOps will eventually be better, they just need to work with it more.

TacOps is great and will only get better with more time and refinement. CS is great too, but TO has much more potential for it's based on a much more advanced gaming engine.

Infiltration puts both to shame though.

Infiltration will rock when 2.85 comes out(soon). Right now I play 2.75 cause it is online capable, unlike 2.82. We're hoping for 2.85 to come out before March.

Only version that has online is 2.75. Check out Planet Unreal, you might find it there.
