Counter Strike: Condition Zero key

I just got a new video card and the card came bundled with CS:CZ and Hitman. The cd key on the CS:CZ cd is only 12 characters long in the form xxx-xxxxxx-xxx while the game asks for a 25 character cd key in the form xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. Has anyone had this type of problem with bundled games before? I bought the card off newegg but the card was an oem bulk package not a retail package. I have already contacted newegg but I doubt they can do much. Any ideas about getting the correct cd key would be appreciated.
 
Hmm happened to me and my free Doom 3 once. Turned out I was looking at the wrong number, make sure you're looking at the actuall CD key 😉
 
Thanks for the suggestions, I think my brother skipped a step when he tried to install the game and just showed me the screen to enter a cd-key. I think the code on the cd needs to be entered online to obtain the cd key. I'm not 100% sure but I'm gonna try that after I get off work.
