Counter-Strike 1.3 VOICE problem

My mic works. I've got the key bind set up. I've checked the "Enable Voice in this MOD." I optimized my signal with the Voice Tweak utility and I can even hear other people when I play....but I still can't seem to get my mic to work in game. Any suggestions?



BTW: From what I've heard and experienced while playing 1.3 so far, voice isn't all its' hyped up to be....yet.
 
I believe a lot of people are having trouble, either not working at all, or it only stays for a half-second and turns off again.

Wait for another update.
