counter stike update

How do I get rid of it?

Also, what should I set it for multicore rendering?

Try using the net_graph console command with different numbers (1, 2, 3, etc; for example type "net_graph 1" into the console) until you get it how you want it. I would assume multicore rendering should be enabled, assuming you have a multicore processor.

net_graph 0 <- that will get rid of it
