Countdown software

Anyone know where I can find a good little application that will make a count down based off of a time you set in. Cause I'm realizing I can't rely on ebay's system in the sense that I reload the page since there is a three second delay. So I just synced my clock with ebay's. now I just need some software that will count down, can't find any on google with out being at not so trustworthy sites.

Meh, I'd rather use a timer. I'm pretty succesful at sniping manually but I'm sure this timer thing would be better...
