Could you quickly tell me the differance between these 2 mobos?

and
EPoX "EP-8KDA3+"
They seem to have identical specs but one is much cheaper. I wanted the top one because it's a hair better than the Chaintech VNF-250 for the same price. Why is the other one so expensive? Should I get the Chaintech or the EP-8KDA3J?
 
EP-8KDA3J Onboard SATA: 2x Serial ATA 150


EP-8KDA3+ Onboard SATA/RAID: 2 by nForce3 250Gb, 4 by Sil3114 w/ RAID 0/1/10

The + version has an additional Raid controller onboard the J vewrsion does not
Other than that they are identical

I built a system with An EP-8KDA3J about a month ago and I thought the board was an outstanding board for the money.
