100%, I almost got the number of amendments wrong, but I switched it before submitting.

90% - what does it matter. It's not like 100% people are more "citizeny" than those that didn't get 100%. An 'A' is an 'A' regardless of if it's at 94% or 100%.

Missed year the declaration was written and next in line after vice-president.

Recent heller decision on the 2nd amendment helped me on the chief justice as well as number of justices.

90%, and I misread the first question. I was skimming and thought it said who wrote the constitution, not dec of ind. Same with #3, I transposed the two again. Constitution was the next one down :)
