I just put together my new pc. i'm using an ECS black series GF8200A board with an Athlon X2 4200+ cooled w/ a kama cross with a beastly 2500+rpm 120mm fan. the probem is the bios won't let me access th OC options. do i absolutely need a black edition cpu to overclock w/ the bios? i'm getting a 7750 BE within the next week or 2 but i just wanted to OC the 4200 while its here. this cpu was taken out of a gateway pc and while it was in there i was able to OC it to 2.6GHz using ntune. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Have you looked at your motherboard manual? I've had a few motherboards in the past where I was required to press ctrl + F1 while in the BIOS for a hidden section to appear that contained the overclocking options.
