Yup twitter has been pretty clear about this, once out of the White House he is no longer President and subject to a ban.

COULD they? Sure, but they COULD have banned him while he was president...they just chose not to do so.
I don't think they will...but just keep putting "bullshit!" Tags on nis tweets.

no, they couldnt ban him while he's Pres.
'World leader' exception although they have placed warnings on his tweets that you must click 'ok' on to view it.

They absolutely could have banned his personal account if they had wanted.

I'm open to possibilities, but to me Twitter's remarks have made it more a question of when Trump gets banned than if. He's clearly not going to stop spouting misinformation and inciting hate, because he doesn't know how to do anything else; it's just a question of which tweet breaks the proverbial camel's back.

No way is Twitter going to ban their biggest draw. Trump brings the eyeballs. Twitter would pay him to keep posting.

Trump will simply join his cult on their own media platform.

Twitter could ban him right now if they wanted to. They're not restricted by any laws, only a policy of their own making. They keep him on their platform because it's good for business, and damn the consequences.

How they convert or move 88 million followers to his private account might not be easy. But, Maybe they will make some magic happen or people will just move to his private account on their own.

Pretty sure no MAGAt is going to follow President Biden.

I'm sure they'll figure out how to find their Dear Leader.

At any rate - Trumpy will still be doing things on the sidelines to wreck the country and antagonize the people. He is not going to stay silent in retirement.

Not if his personal account gets suspended.

Well, if I am FORCED to play The Devils Advocate here, I guess you could say it comes down to the defense bill that Trump is threatening to veto and section 230.

Nope

Donny got seriously spanked on that. Congress passed it with a vetoproof majority as a punishment, basically daring him to veto it.!
