Could someone make a image for me of many chess boards?

I wanted to print a large poster of many chessboards at the library so I could laminate them at Staples and sell them along with 3D printed chess pieces.

The library says the resolution needs to be at least 3600x4800

Here's an SVG that you can scale to any size:

It also comes with chess pieces you can laminate and sell for less than the 3D printed pieces. Or remove them with Inkscape.

If you prefer fancier looks, look here:

I wanted a "large" poster with "many" chess boards that I could cut out with scissors.

You could make a travel chess set. A closable box that holds the pieces, and when you open it, the outside becomes the chess board. It could be printed in black so every other square is indented. You'd then print light colored squares, and glue them into the indentations.

Someone on reddit made this for me, but I need the resolution to be at least 3600x4800 because that's the rule at the library.

Edit: I'm sorry I didn't realize it was already 3600x4800

I gave you the tools to do this, leaving some work as an exercise for the supposedly self-employed.

You also neglected to specify the physical size of the poster; nor the physical size of the chessboards you wanted. I figured you'd do the math as I would, and produce an optimal tiling of chessboards for your needs.

Now, about those chessboards, they're kind of boring. You don't want to be competing with this:

$6 for a cheap board, but handcrafted wooden pieces!

Or this for $7:

You won't make it up on volume. I suggest you lean into what makes your system unique: You can 3D-print uniquely shaped pieces, and you can print uniquely styled chessboards. So see if you can make (or find, I guess) some unique chess piece styles; then try to find a board style to match. You might also consider buying plastic chess pieces like the latter link so you don't have to mass-print pawns.

3D print a chessboard that's made out of sort of square jigsaw pieces.
That's probably a thing already?

I've played chess on laminated boards and it's a bit horrible. It's too thin and never lays flat, and it's too light and moves around.
