Could someone here help me with a statistics question (multivariable regression analysis)

I am trying to do a regression analysis with some data on car prices. I am trying to do it in Excel using the Analysis toolpack add on and I have qualitative and quantitative data and had some questions about methodology. Is anyone familiar with mutivariable regression?

Have you tried compartmentalizing the data structure with a univariable-domain array cluster?

I guess throwing it into JMP is probably out of the question.
