Could someone explain "FSAA"?

I see this term thrown around a lot, yet haven't a clue to what it means, and what to do with it in my settings.

Full Screen Anti Aliassing

Go to 3dfx, and click on the "Technology" tab, then on "Anti Aliasing". Then if you want more depth, click on the "White Paper" link.
