I am running Windows Vista. I had CPU-Z, CPUID Hardware Monitor and Task Manager open. I was running a cpu stability test using OCCT. I decided to restart without shutting any of these programs down. I received the following message. I was just wondering if it was a Windows generated message, or did it come from one of the other programs that I had running?
