Could I upgrade my CPU without a new PSU?

I think I already know the answer but I wanted to double check.

Currently my system is running...

• Intel E6600 3.0ghz
• 4 gb A-Data DDR800 RAM
• XFX ATI Radeon HD4890 1gig DDR5 RAM
• 320 gig 7600rpm HDD
• 520 watt Corsair PSU

I need a new CPU because my current one is well... outdated. I was wondering if I could get away with upgrading my CPU to lets say a Q6600 or Q9550 without upgrading the PSU.

I am fairly certain the power requirements for such a system would be beyond the capabilities of my current PSU, but it doesn't hurt to check.

Your PSU probably won't trip with the addition of only 30W.
