Could I plug a reciever into my Aureal SQ2500?

I got an old Denon reciever, two JBL speakers, and parents gracious enough to hand them down to me. Tell me how and I'll do it.

Buy a mini-plug male (like what you need for the back of your sound card) to RCA male (to plug into the reciever) Y-cable at best buy or radio shack (6 ft = ~$4) simple as that.
