Oxygen composition of the atmosphere was much higher back when dinosaurs were around, so people would probably be a little high all the time and more aerobically capable thanks to the extra O2 floating around.

Do with this info what you wish.

Well duh! Humans did conquer the dinosaurs. Why'd you think there aren't dinosaurs anymore? All we needed were stone-aged tools, and maybe alien technology.

Maybe. I bet dinosaurs would be terrified of fire, and we'd eventually learn to use it as a weapon.

Plus, dinosaur have all that oil inside of them, so it'd be easy to take them down with just a single flame.
If you use fire then you burn up all the oil before you can use it.

The trick would be to take the dinosaur eggs and then raise them in captivity and drain their oil daily like we do with cows and their milk.
