Never heard of them.

Voltage is low on the 12V rail.

Going with a cheap PS is a gamble. May work fine, may cause all sorts of stability problems.

For a cheap-o little PC with no high-end components, mabye. Otherwise I'd say it's not worth the risk. For $15, it's gotta be crappy.
