I was cleaning off some AS2 from my video card and now my monitor has artifacts all over. especially when I play UT. I used isoprople alcohol to clean it. I even tried undeclocking my video card and that hasn't helped either. when i cleaned it the second time to make sure that everything was off of it I noticed a small bit of AS2 on the memory connects, could that have briged some of the traces off of the memory connects??? can someone give me some help please. I guess I can always but a new card for like 40 or 50 bucks, but this plays all of my games perfectly. I usually average 200fps in UT at 800x600.

Yes, if AS gets between some traces, it can short them out. It may have done permanent damage. On another note, if you are getting 200FPS in UT why don't you turn the resolution up? I usually turn the resolution up as high as I can until I can't get 70FPS anymore..
