Could an evil tax attorney get someone audited?

Until this year I went to this one tax attorney's office, he had many tax dudes working for him. The guy I worked with at the office started his own business so I went to him this year. The first guy is pissed at all the clients he's losing. Is it possible for him to "suggest" that the IRS audit someone?

Tax Attorney: Hey IRS, go audit this guy, he is cheating on his taxes and I should know, I used to be his tax attorney.

That doesn't sound too smart to me.

Just remember this: if he's doing this in the private sector and he tries to tell the gov't what to do, they'll make him their b!tch. 😀
