I watched that for the first season, but about a quarter of the way through the second season, I just couldn't stand the forced oddity of the characters anymore.

Lie to Me has only recently started picking up steam again. Well, it's only my opinion, but the majority of season 3 has been pretty dull.

Same here, and I usually love blondes with her dimensions. Hard to tell if she's like that because of the show though, but at least she's funny when not being overly obnoxious.

lie to me crushed cougar town in first season ratings. beat cougar town in second season ratings. third season has been down though. disappointing. considering shit like american idol is still on the air i guess i shouldn't be surprised tho.

CT fills a niche - light-hearted comedy that actually funny.

Lie to Me is like a runt pup, trying to get to a teat, but having to fight through his brothers CSI, CSI:NY, CSI:Miami, CSI:Vegas, Criminal Minds, NCIS, Without a Trace, and the dozen other BS forensics/detective shows on TV.

This is like arguing, "Why did The Real Bachelor's Big Brother with a Bridezilla of Orange County who wears Tiaras New House Cook-off Challenge get cancelled!?" You reached saturation a long time ago, whether it's good or not.

I love Cougar Town for most of the same reasons mentioned above. Oh, and I think that Courtney Cox is pretty fuckin hot.

Thing about CT is that all the actors are likeable. Busy's character's delivery and persona crack me up.

Plus I've had it for Christa Miller since the Drew Carey show. Roar...
