PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
Thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes: $250 prize intended to help the winner be kinder to their behind! Prize to be awarded in the form of a retail gift card, which will be determined solely by the Sponsor and subject to the terms of the gift card. Approximate Retail Value (?ARV?) of each Weekly Prize: $250. The total approximate retail value of all Weekly Prizes to be awarded is $3,250.
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: A trip for two (2) to a luxury resort in the continental United States! Grand Prize includes: (i) round-trip airfare for the winner and one (1) travel companion from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner?s place of residence as chosen by the Sponsor; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor) in one (1) double occupancy room, excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals; (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel; (iv) gift baskets for winner and travel companion (gift basket and inclusions to be determined as the discretion of the Sponsor); and (v) $5,000 spending money for the winner only to be awarded in the form of a corporate check. The estimated ARV of each Grand Prize is $10,475. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $5,396.21 in the form of a corporate check, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the Grand Prize. Kimberly-Clark will comply with all tax reporting requirements. The total ARV of each Grand Prize is $15,871.21. Actual value of prize may vary based on point of origination and airfare fluctuations and hotel pricing. If actual value of travel portion of prize is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. If a Grand Prize winner resides in the trip destination location, alternate travel arrangements may be made and value of prize adjusted accordingly. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must possess all required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo identification) prior to departure. Travel route, hotel accommodations, transportation, activities, and all elements of the prize will be arranged by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are solely responsible for meals, souvenirs, taxes, gratuities, other ground transportation, and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. Travel dates and arrangements are to be determined and are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to complete trip on the dates approved by the Sponsor, the Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor?s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same approximate retail value.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor?s sole discretion.
