Costco Kirkland Canned Albacore: How do I make it softer

How can I make this canned fish a little more softer. Because I'm generally too lazy to cook I don't cook the fish - I just eat them out of the can. I had some pinki salmon that was wonderfully soft, and when I douse it in olive oil it becomes ever more tastier. I would love to know if I can do the same with the costco canned albacore in some form because I have a decent supply of it. I was thinking of just tossing it in boiled water for a good 15 minutes and then opening the can, but I decided to check with ATOT incase that would make it even more tough (kind of like over cooking a steak).

ATOT, what say ye?

I buy the light tuna in a can, pop the lid, add salt and pepper, enjoy a delicious lunch.

Its not that difficult.

god, i misread albacore as abalone and just about barfed reading some of the suggestions in this thread

The Kirkland Brand Albacore Tuna Fish is the BEST tuna fish I have ever had. I had been a Star Kiss brand lover, but I had a Tuna Fish sandwich at a shop and the tuna was great. I asked them what brand it was and they told me it was Kirkland. My next trip to Costco I bought some and it was much better than either Star Kiss or Chicken of the Sea. If you have not tried Kirkland Tuna Fish, give it a try. I have found that most all the Kirkland products are much better than the name brand labels at other stores.
