You can highlight the line in the project messages in BOINC manager, copy it, and paste it (with a little modification.)

They seem to fluctuate a bit. More pending when there is lots of WU's in circulation, less when there isn't.

It looks like it will be a while before more milestones are reached. No new work is the order of the day.🙁

PS: I'm using this down time to fix a few issues on two of my boxes. Right now I'm re-installing WinXP64 and having difficulty booting up. Once I get around that problem, then I will re-grease that box and one other.

RT, do you notice any benifit running XP-64? I downloaded the trial and been trying to get it running. Having problems with my RAID controller, but I think I have sorted out that it is definetly that. So willing to try the 64 bit version again. Should I?

I haven't noticed any differences with crunching. Some other apps are faster---Mathematica, for instance. The x32 apps run about the same.

Getting drivers for some devices is problematic.

I just re-installed on one box and I can't get it to boot except in Safe mode, so I'm in the middle of chasing down the bad driver.

I'm chasing down the error today, just because I want to know. I will be changing this box over to Debian GNU/Linux in a few days.

I need Linux for a project I'm starting next week, but I'll still crunch with it.

I'm attached to the project but only on one computer at the moment, and this computer has 45 other projects attached (11 of which are actually sharing CPU time right now), so it might take a little while before I return any results. 😉

As soon as this computer actually runs through a work unit so I can see how it behaves on my network, I may attach one or two more computers to the project as well...
