Corsair XMS2 - how much OC?

I came across this deal on a pair of Corsair PC2-6400 memory. I am putting together a system and will be buying E6400 with either an ASUS 650i mobo or a Gigabyte DS3. Haven't decided on the mobo yet. My question is, will I be able to get a decent overclock with this memory. I'm not an expert on memory but it seems like this memory doesn't have the best timings, then again do i need it?
I'd like to have a stable system as well as some overclocking ability. How much do you think I'd be able to OC this ram?

I have some ddr2-677 c4 running at ddr2-800 with 4-4-4-12 timings on stock voltage, so O/C is good I think

I see. Yours is the 4-4-4-12 PC2 -5400 model. I did some research and not many people are not happy with the PC2-6400 5-5-5-12 model which I was asking about.
What is your CPU clock with 400fsb? I am new to overclocking.

2.8GHz. I lowered the CPU multiplier to 7 because I don't need the extra heat or stress on the chip.

Do you have your system running 24/7 ? The reason i'm asking is this computer will be my media center running 24/7. Stability is important for me.

24/7/365. And folding with Rosetta@home on both cores all the time too ( = 100% CPU load all the time )

Except some breaks for gaming, of course

I've got the Corsair Dominator XMS2 DDR2 800 w/ 5-5-5-12 timings.
I'm running them at 900 with either 4-4-4-10 or 5-5-5-12 timings (the 4-4-4-10 is stable for all programs i run and most stress tests except for Orthos/Prime95)
My computer is running about 12 hours a day and I'm happy with the memory.

Edit: 900 is 450MHz (DDR so 450*2=900)

I've got a pair of this memory (512mb sticks) on a Gigabyte S3.

I can't run above 450mhz, but I can run it at 4-4-4-12 (at least at 430, I didn't try to test it at 450).

I am running at 430*7. I decided to be happy with 3 ghz with no voltage increases on anything. BTW, that includes the memory - I have no problems running at stock voltage, which I believe is 1.8 volts. I couldn't see any benefits when I tried to increase voltage, so I left it at 1.8. But I believe the specs on this memory call for 1.9 volts.

Dominator PC2-6400C3 goes 3-3-3-8 @ 900 mhz, 4-4-4-12 @ 1075 mhz, 5-5-5-15 @ 1140.
