corsair XMS or kingston hyper X 3200? or buffalo

Definitely Corsair.
Although I am not sure what the price difference would be.
For straight performance Corsair is best.
 
Get the buffalo Winbond stuff, those CH-5 stuff are good to go at over 225MHZ FSB. AT $83 a stick @ newegg you can't go wrong.🙂
 
I would have to say Buffalo also, although you may have to run Cas 2.5 ( no biggie ) $83 a stick it too good to be true..

Of course my Hyper X 3200 will do 220 FSB...
