Cas 4 is slightly lower latency (quicker)
its 4-4-4-12 and requires 2.1V
while the numbers look nice in benchmarks, you will never feel the difference in the real world

its $22 more (today last day also) if you must have it - another good deal.

a lot of guys can run in the 4's with the 5-5-5-12's, if you run more volts - read the newegg reviews
just this one is guaranteed to do so.

I am sure theres better memory out there, but I am so satisfied with the results of the CAS 5 XMS, I find no reason to experiment.
