This is not a buy.com rebate . This is the standard form for Corsair that uses. This is the rebate house that Corsair uses to process their rebates. This is the same form and rebate house if were you to buy Corsair from Fry's Fry's.com or SVC.com for that matter.

I have also received all my many buy.com rebates, and all my many Corsair rebates.
What makes buy.com's rebates easy is they have a link to print you receipt from your online purchase. No confusion as to should I send the packing slip or how do I get my online receipt for the purchase to submit for the rebate?
