As a one module purchase, not bad. As a pair purchase, cold pricewise. Newegg has for $74.99/shipped a 2x1GB DDR2-667 kit. Two of these Corsair's shipped is roughly $82.

Edit: the shipping brings it down from hot.. with free shipping it would be hot
