My shipped/taxed total was $85.25 - $25 Rebate = $60.25 total.

Sure I saved $10, but I hate Rebates $11 dollars worth .

I just purchased a Dell 9150 which takes memory up to 667Mhz I believe (PC-5300)

Would I be hurting myself or losing alot of speed it I went with this memory?

It won't work. You need DDR2, and this is good ol-fashion DDR.
