Hi All,
I recently purchased a brand new Strafe RGB mechanical keyboard from Corsair. Long story short, it lights up but is unresponsive on my desktop PC. It, however, works immediately when plugged into my laptop.
I was in discussion with Corsair but they stopped helping after they realized it was likely an issue with my PC. I have checked all Drivers, BIOS, USB etc directly from my MOBO manufacturer and it seems as though I already have the most recent version.
See below for specs and discussion with Corsair support. The best he could do was link me to ccleaner and say its likely an issue with my chipset... Please help!
