corsair regular DDR vs "value" DDR

What's the difference between Corsair's "value" RAM and the regular RAM they sell that costs 50% more? What warrants this price difference?
 
Probably the spped of the chips. the regular ram will probably OC, while the basic is just that. fine for most peeps, but not for OC'ing. Also the warranty may be longer on the regular.
