It's true that it seems everyone is getting in on the action when it comes to mechanical keyboards.
I trust Corsair, though and they are a good brand, however,. they aren't known for keyboards.
PSUs, Cases and RAM is what I've grown confident of Corsair for.
Keyboard wise, well, LEDs for me are a gimmicky thing and distract me from what I'm looking at on the monitor
Buy a Filco Majestouch 2/Ninja keyboard or WASD or maybe Ducky, but again, I don't like the LED thing, they'll just blow...eventually.
At the OP.
Your post about Corsair, after seeing your video, is highly reactionary and your language is unnecessary and doesn't help your cause. Also, the fact you're willing to bin your 120 pound keyboard makes you seem rather detached.
If the build quality of their product is such that a second replacement is issued with the same problems then I'd imagine you'd be rightly justified to ask for a full refund.
Seems like Corsair will help but if I were a business and one user came bashing me due to his reactionary and unhinged views that, although could have substance, did it in a way that you had done then I'd rather not do business with you.
If I were Corsair in this case I would probably issue a recall, paid for, for a product that does seemingly have an inherent quality issue.
You say the F word far too much, OP, in that video. It's ridiculous. I have no sympathy.
What really gets me is that you've had one bad experience and you even say that you enjoy Corsair's products yet you attempt to disgrace them in such a way that you end up coming across as a shouty, inarticulate hypocrite and that just defeats your whole purpose here. Which is a shame.
