i think it's a good idea and all for those that don't want to mess with all the parts and stuff for a water setup...

but getting all the parts and doing it yourself is definitely cheaper and you can get better parts as well.. :)

Seems to be a nice unit... Review

Looking at my primary rig....

Swiftech MCW5000-P Waterblock: $49.00

Black Ice Extreme Radiator: $68.00

Eheim 1250 Pump: $66.50

120mm Panaflo Fan: $15.00

Tygon Tubing: $15.00

Bay Reservoir: $25.00

Total: $238.50 (Not including clamps and shipping)

The Corsair HydroCool costs less with free 2 day shipping to boot. ;) It can also be used on either AMD or P4 processors. :)

EDIT: Not to mention that the HydroCool needs very little (if any) real case modding to install...

EDIT: The Overclockers.com Review looks good also.

I got me one as soon as I saw this post. It needs no modding at all.
Very professionally made and let me tell you it cools awesome. My chip doesnt go higher than 35C loaded.
Excellent cooler, quiet and extremely easy to set up and doesn't take long.
I am very happy with it.

I just talked with a Corsair rep at a recent show (great stuff, dig the link) and they said they are going to be producing 3 models with varying levels of performance. The one we all know about (Hydrocool 200) is to have an MSRP of $200. So eventually they'll drop to at least that given Corsair's retail channels being so well established.
