Nice deal, I bought it for the same price from TD a few months ago but with only 1 $10 rebate (which I received in only ~6 weeks).

The cooler itself is nice, the fans/pump can be a bit noisy depending on the speed of the fans and the fans used. I've also seen CM clearing out it's 2x120mm Seidon for much less money and that unit performs as well or better than this minus some bling.
