Can anyone confirm if this power supply will work with an EVGA 8800GT video card? If so, I may jump on the deal.

Ok I used that website to check what wattage I need it calculated 533. And it didn't have an option for a 4870 X2, only a 4870, so it would probably need even more than that. This probably isn't enough for me then.

If you are running one 4870x2, this is probably more than enough. Those online power calculator are never close to accurate.
In fact, I am running a similar setup as you do.
E8400 (Overclocked to 4GHz), 4GB DDR1000, P5Q, 4870x2 and 3 HDs.
I measured the power draw during a 3Dmark session and it comes out to around 380w~400w.
Take into consideration that's the power draw directly from the outlet. Therefore, putting in the power supply efficiency factor, which is usually 80%. My computer was probably drawing close to 320w actual.
Therefore, unless you were considering adding another 4870x2 down the road for CrossfireX. This 520w good quality PSU is more than capable to power your system.
