Corsair DDR400 XMS Low Latency or Corsair DDR433?

what would you go with? It will go in a canterwood mobo with a new p4. If I set the ddr433 to 200mhz will I see a difference in speed between the XMS Low Latency DDR400? Only reason I am thinking about the DDR433 is because I may OC later. What do you think?

Yeah, these should have more than enough overclock potential. I'm running @ 350, 1:1 ratio, and I think my cpu is holding me back. Good luck!
