Corsair DDR 3200 XMS Memory - how high can it go?

My athlon 64 3800+ (Venice) has a default FSB at 200, and that's the default memory index as well.

I am using 2gb of the above memory but am running into freezes in 3d mark and prime once I'm above 215 FSB or so. With voltages already increased, i figure the memory is holding me back.

The MSI K8n Neo4 Plat I am using only offers a divider of 166 (.83). Using that plus increasing the FSB to 240 (and lowering multipluer from 12 to 11) gives me the 200mhz default speed for these modules and giving me the 10% overclock I desire, however I lose performance over simply increasing the FSB and keeping the default multiplier.

I was wondering how far other people using these popular modules have taken them when running 1:1.

Thanks!
