Corsair Compatibility with my Dell

Hi everyone, I am new to the forums here and I have a simple question. Does anyone happen to know if this kind of memory, http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant...Code=140450&Category_Code=Corsair_DDR2 , is compatible with my Dell Dimension 8400. It'll work, but why waste money on high speed ram that wont make a difference? Plus you're paying for LEDs that you can't see either.
