About to pull the trigger on this build, reusing two old HDDs, and dvd-rw drive. I plan on unlocking the 4th core but no overclocking to the cpu.

yes... but i think that PSU don´t pass one year of continously use. the Efficience of the PSU is reduced with the years (use). A 500W PSU would be better, price difference is not much and more power for upgrades or OC.
