I've been watching the price on this RAM for a while and lately the price just keeps dropping. Yesterday it was 119.50 and today it's $116.90 with free 2nd day delivery.

Seems hot to me. 🙂

Yeah, I wonder... newegg's price on this RAM just went up $3... this is like watching the stock market and figuring out when to buy!

 
Here is my expereince from this company. Bought this same ram on sunday night at the price of $128.00. It got shipped tuesday march 1st and on wednesday I noticed they dropped the price to 119.00. I tried to call but they were closed already. So the next day I noticed it dropped to 116.50 and i called and talked to the rep and told them that I haven't received my package yet and if they could adjust the price for me to the current price. They told me some BS about them not being able to adjustr it because since it shipped out already they can't do anything about it and that all the sales information is gone from their computer. >_< I figured I wasn't getting anywhere with them so I asked to speak with the supervisor the guy starts transferring my call and then I get hung up on. Great... Since I was on my lunch break I had enough time to call back and leave a message.. of course they never got back to me.

To top it all off.. I get the package today from fedex and instead of a box I get a FedEx white padded envelope. with my ram inside and the invoice. There wasn't ANYTHING whatsoever to protect the ram from breakage and being dropped. There was no extra bubble wrap no peatut no foam. nothing.. just the white plastic envelope that was lined with bubble wrap. Thank god that it's working as I write this but I will be keeping a close watch to see if it has any failures.

I Will Never buy from ZipZoomFly anymore until they start shaping up.. Should have shopped at newegg... Live and learn.. an 'F-' for zipzoomfly.

I haven't had a problem with ZZF before, and have been shopping with them since they were GoogleGear or some crap like that. If I were you, I would have refused delivery and had the whole thing refunded, then repurchased at a different store.

Yeah, I've never had an issue with ZZF either. RAM is not crystal... it oughta be able to survive in it's retail package inside a padded envelope and it's guaranteed forever so whatever.

 
Yeah, I've been watching the price of the RAM drop precipitously, too. I thought $120 shipped was a good deal. It's less than $60 per 512 MB name brand chip without any rebate scams. I wonder how low it will go and when I should pony up and buy.

I'm actually surprised that the prices are dropping since the U.S. dollar is expected to decline in value soon, especially if foreign banks start dumping dollars on the market. Soon might be a very good time to buy.

i just jumped on zzf and they had single sticks of the corsair valueram for 54 with 2 freeday shipping. much hotter then the 72 i paid for a stick just a couple weeks ago.
 

Wow. The price really did get lower. $104 shipped! Someone needs to post whether they'll let you use the $10 coupon for $94 shipped. (Dagnabbit...I pulled the trigger at the $98 price point...it's OK...it's all good 🙂. Of course, if the price drops down to $80 shipped a week from now I'll be pissed...and then I'll order an extra 1 GB.
 
I have the same kit in my Athlon 64 kit, I paid $113, and the Corsair quality is top notch, as expected.

Good deal.
